In this brave new world, with daily complex challenges and unprecedent situations my aim is to teach people how to take better care of themselves and live healthier and more adaptive lives. Social support has always been an important marker for psychological health and its all the more important to learn to reconnect now. Being able to listen to each other in a mindful and kind way but also extend compassion to ourselves and each other creates the necessary environment for communication.
